| Clean the [[Turkey|turkey]] and remove the [[Parson&amp;#039;s nose|parson&amp;#039;s nose]].&lt;br /&gt;
| Crush [[Garlic|garlic]] with [[Salt|salt]], [[Pepper|pepper]], [[Cumin|cumin]] and [[Oregano|oregano]].&lt;br /&gt;
| Add [[Orange juice|orange juice]] and rub [[Turkey|turkey]] inside and out with this mixture.&lt;br /&gt;
| Place [[Onion|onion]] rings on top and allow to [[Marinate|marinate]] for at least 2 hours and if possible overnight.&lt;br /&gt;
| Wash [[Beans|beans]] and soak for a couple of hours.&lt;br /&gt;
| Cook in the same water until soft. together with the [[Green pepper|green pepper]].&lt;br /&gt;
| [[Fry]] the two slices of [[Bacon|bacon]] and in the same [[Fat|fat]] [[sauté]] the chopped [[Onion|onion]], [[Crushed garlic|crushed garlic]] and chopped [[Green pepper|green pepper]].&lt;br /&gt;
| Add to the softened [[Beans|beans]]. Add washed [[Rice|rice]], [[Salt|salt]], [[Spices|spices]] and [[Bacon|bacon]].&lt;br /&gt;
| Cook over medium heat until [[Rice|rice]] is dry but not quite done. It will finish cooking inside the [[Turkey|turkey]].&lt;br /&gt;
| Stuff [[Turkey|turkey]] and sew up well.&lt;br /&gt;
| Pour [[Wine|wine]] over  the [[Turkey|turkey]]  and place  the 6 slices of [[Bacon|bacon]] on top.&lt;br /&gt;
| [[Roast]] for 3 hours at 160° C (325° F - gas 3)&lt;br /&gt;
| [[Rest for]] 15 minutes before carving.&lt;br /&gt;
