Crema de Queso is an artisan [[cheese]] made from unpasteurised ewes’ [[milk]] of the Churra breed of sheep, and has no colourings, flavourings or preservatives.  The sheep graze on fallow, stubble and alfalfa in the Villerias de Campos area in the province of Palencia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It is [[cream cheese]] which is spreadable and light.  It is compact and very buttery with a steel white colour in its natural form.  It has an aroma of cooked [[milk]], but not sharp and it melts in the mouth.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The [[cheese]] is produced in three varieties:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Semicurado Natural&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, as described above&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Semicurado Finas Hierbas&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, with added [[Garlic|garlic]] and [[parsley]]&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Semicurado Queso Azul&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, which is blue-veined and almost rubbery, but not sharp.&lt;br /&gt;
