&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Craquegnon affiné à la bière&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; is a soft, [[Cows|cows]]&amp;#039; milf [[Cheese|cheese]] from the Nord département of the [[French]] region of Nord-Pas de Calais.  It is macerated in La Gauloise [[Beer|beer]] for 2 or 3 days, before being matured for 80-100 days.  For this reason, the cheese is also known as &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;La Gauloise&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.  It is sometimes presented as an ancestor of [[Maroilles]] and has an [[Orange|orange]] rind.  It is 13cm square, 5cm high and 900g in weight.&lt;br /&gt;
