I made a slightly more interesting version using a bottle of Morrisons [[Szechuan pepper]] oil (and some of the pepper &amp;#039;sludge&amp;#039;) instead of the [[groundnut oil]].  The [[Szechuan pepper]] gives a wonderful &amp;#039;warmth&amp;#039; and the chillies, a &amp;#039;hot&amp;#039; hit.  Very good indeed - A big batch to be made next time!&lt;br /&gt;
