| Add the [[Ginger|ginger]], [[Garlic|garlic]] and [[Onion|onion]] to your [[Food processor|food processor]] and blitz to a smooth [[Puree|puree]].&lt;br /&gt;
| Heat the [[Butter|butter]] or [[Ghee|ghee]] in a [[Wok|wok]] and add the [[Puree|puree]], [[Tomatoes|tomatoes]] and [[Spices|spices]] and [[Stir fry|stir fry]] for 5 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
| Add about 3/4 of the [[Stock|stock]], [[Lemon juice|lemon juice]], [[Salt|salt]] and [[Pepper|pepper]], [[chick peas]] and [[flageolet beans]], bring to the [[Boil|boil]], reduce the heat and [[Simmer|simmer]] for 20 minutes. Top up with stock if it starts to dry out too much.&lt;br /&gt;
