&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Cherry bomb&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; chillies are large almost small tomato sized chillies which are fleshy and thick skinned with a very good clean heat of level 4/10. They are of the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;capsicum annuum&amp;#039;&amp;#039; variety.  The round fruits measure 7cm in diameter.  They have a thick skin which makes them ideal for pickling and ripen from green to bright red approximately 65-70 days after transplanting.  The dried form has a completely different, much richer taste than fresh ones.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cherry bombs are used in sauces or to add an extra flavour dimension to [[meat]] dishes.  They are also perfect for stuffing with goats&amp;#039; or any soft [[cheese]]. &lt;br /&gt;
