I've only recently discovered cheese powders, and how good they can be. They are probably more suited to commercial cookery, but are now affordable and available in quantities suitable for the keen home-cook. They make really good cheese sauces and are a great addition to snacks and biscuits.

I have to say that as an ardent cheese lover, I am very impressed with them.
