Charcennay has been produced since 1952 in the Haute-Saône département in the region of Franche-Comté.  It is made from enriched [[Milk|milk]] and the [[Cheese|cheese]] is supple with a sweet and delicate flavour.  It has a bloomy rind and is matured for 2 weeks.  It is square shaped, measures either 9.2cm x 3cm. or 7.8cm x 3cm and weighs either 160g or 230g.  The [[Fat|fat]] to dry matter is 55%.&lt;br /&gt;
