Carré St Domnin is a soft [[Unpasteurised|unpasteurised]] [[Goats&amp;#039; milk cheese|goats&amp;#039; milk cheese]] produced at a farm called Le Petit Jabron, near Mont Ventoux in Provence-Alpes-Côte d&amp;#039;Azur.  It is named after a local chapel.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It has a soft, creamy texture and is white in colour.  The flavour is slightly citrusy, [[Bitter|bitter]] and [[Pepper|pepper]] with a lingering hint of [[Mushroom|mushroom]].  Because the [[Cheese|cheese]] is presented with three [[Lavender|lavender]] sprigs, it also has a slight hint of lavender.&lt;br /&gt;

The [[Cheese|cheese]] is square, the sides measure 9.5cm and is 2.5cm high.  It weighs 275g.&lt;br /&gt;
