| Gradually stir in the [[Milk|milk]], bring to the [[Boil|boil]] then reduce the heat to [[Simmer|simmer]] &amp;amp; cook for a further minute. &lt;br /&gt;
| Beat in one [[Egg yolk|egg yolk]] at a time; add 100g/ 6oz of [[Cheese|cheese]], [[Mustard|mustard]], [[Salt|salt]] &amp;amp; [[Pepper|pepper]].&lt;br /&gt;
