Capria is an [[unpasteurised]] goats’ [[milk]] [[cheese]] produced by [http://www.lightwoodcheese.co.uk/ Lightwood Cheese] of Lower Broadheath in Worcestershire. Made with vegetarian [[rennet]] to a [[Camembert]] recipe, it has a bloomy white rind and a soft, oozing texture. It has a goaty flavour, but not overpoweringly so.
