Caciotta Amiatina is a fresh [[Cheese|cheese]] made with a mixture of [[Pasteurised|pasteurised]] [[Cows|cows]]&amp;#039; and [[Ewes&amp;#039; milk|ewes&amp;#039; milk]].  It tastes very mild and pleasant and is easily digested, making it an excellent [[Dessert|dessert]] cheese.&lt;br /&gt;

It is matured for 10 and 20 days and weighs about 1 to 1.4kg.&lt;br /&gt;
