Caciogargano is a typical table [[Cheese|cheese]] from the Province of Foggia in [[Italy]]&amp;#039;s Puglia region.  It is made with [[Ewes&amp;#039; milk|ewes&amp;#039; milk]]   It has a cylindrical shape with variable sizes and weights between 500g and 2.5kg.  It can have a grooved or smooth hard rind which is yellow in colour and a soft, white-ish interior, with a sweet and mellow flavour.&lt;br /&gt;
