[[Brie]] Révérend is a soft [[Cheese|cheese]] produced from [[Pasteurised|pasteurised]] [[Cow&amp;#039;s milk|cow&amp;#039;s milk]]. This brie is made in the [[French]] town of Nanterre, located east of Paris. It is covered with a soft edible layer formed by the mold &amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[Penicillium Candidum|penicillium candidum]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039;. This cheese is pale ivory with a creamy texture and a mild flavour and is light.  It weighs 1kg.&lt;br /&gt;
