Bra is a [[DOP]], semi-skimmed, cows&amp;#039; [[milk]] [[cheese]], to which ewes’ or goats’ [[milk]] can be added.  It is produced throughout the province of Cuneo and the adjacent commune of Villafranca Piemonte in the province of Torino, forming a continuous area.  It takes its name from the commune of Bra where it was traditionally made.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The pressed, dry salted [[cheese]] can come as soft (&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;tenero&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;) or hard (&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;duro&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;) and medium mature and mature.  It is cylindrical in shape with straight sides. &lt;br /&gt;
