Bleu de Lozère is a [[Pasteurised|pasteurised]] [[Cows&amp;#039; milk cheese|cows&amp;#039; milk cheese]] produced on the Margeride plateau by SARL Haute Truyère in the Lozère département of Languedoc-Roussillon.  It is a [[Blue cheese|blue cheese]] with a bloomy, fluffy, white rind.  It is a sweet, semi-soft [[Cheese|cheese]] with a light aroma of blue cheese and [[Mushrooms|mushrooms]].  The interior is soft, uniformly [[Cream|cream]]-coloured and supple.  Round in shape, it weighs 300g, a diameter of 9cm and a height of 4.5cm.&lt;br /&gt;
