Bergbaron is a semi-hard pasteurised cows’ [[milk]] [[cheese]] from Oberösterreich.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The [[cheese]] has a golden yellow colour with a soft and semi-hard, smooth texture and a mild, delicate flavour.  It has large circular holes and a natural reddish rind.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The block shaped [[cheese]] measures 30cm x 16.5cm x 13cm and weighs about 5 kg.  It is also available in slices and smaller blocks.  It is matured for six weeks.&lt;br /&gt;
