Baywell is an organic cheese produced by Daylesford Organics, which is situated in the village of Daylesford in Gloucestershire. It is owned by Sir Anthony Bamford, the manufacturer of JCB excavators. It is made with the pasteurised cows' milk that comes from their own herd of Friesian cows which roam the unpolluted green pastures of the Cotswold Hills. It is named after the herb rich pastures of the Daylesford farm.

Made by hand on their farm, this full bodied rind-washed cheese has a bold, unique flavour and a soft, buttery texture. It is made in the same way as Penyston but the washed rind makes it taste stronger in flavour.

Baywell was considered 'Best Organic Cheese' and a Gold Medal at the 2012 British Cheese Awards.
