====Origin====&lt;br /&gt;
* Baskeriu is produced under the Capitoul brand in the Haute-Garonne département of the French region of Midi-Pyrénées.  Capitoul is a brand of cheeses made by Les Fromageries Occitanes who are a subsidiary of Eurilait, one of France’s largest dairy co-operatives.&lt;br /&gt;
