| Place the [[Yeast|yeast]] and the water in the TM bowl and if using fresh yeast, allow it to dissolve in the water.&lt;br /&gt;
| Add the [[Flour|flour]], [[Semolina|semolina]], [[Salt|salt]] and [[Avocado oil|avocado oil]] and mix for &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;20 seconds / Speed 4&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
| Put on &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Knead&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; setting for &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;4 minutes&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
| Leave to rest until the [[Dough|dough]] is touching the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;MC&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
| Use a little [[Avocado oil|avocado oil]] to grease a bowl and turn out the [[Dough|dough]] onto a floured surface.&lt;br /&gt;

These dishes are easy to clean - if anything sticks, just soak in hot water for a short while. They are also very inexpensive. &lt;br /&gt;
