Arkleby is produced by Wardhall Dairy near Wigton and is a traditional Camembert based [[cheese]].&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The [[cheese]] is made from unpasteurised cows’ [[milk]] and is soft with a mouldy, white rind.  It has a full, creamy texture and as well as being available in 100 g portions, you can also buy whole [[cheeses]] of 250 g, 500g and 1 kg.&lt;br /&gt;
