2 Mönche (2 Monks) is a soft [[cheese]] of the Limburger type made with a mixture of cows’ and goats’ [[milk]] at the dairy at Schlierbach Monastery in Oberösterreich. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The reddish, mould rinded [[cheese]] has a smooth texture, with few, if any, small holes.  It has a creamy flavour and a slight aroma of goats’ [[milk]].&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Weighing just 150 g, the [[cheese]] has a diameter of 8.5 cm and a height of 3 cm.  It takes 3 to 4 weeks to mature.&lt;br /&gt;
