This coffee is ideal to have on a rainy and cold day as you will get warm as soon as you finish your coffee.

Method

  1. Use the 8g of espresso ground coffee and 90 mL. of water to make 1 cup of espresso coffee. To make your espresso you can use a moka pot or an automatic espresso machine.
  2. Pour your hot coffee in a cup or a large latte type glass
  3. Add the sugar and rum
  4. Stir all the ingredients gently
  5. Top the glass with whipped cream

Serving suggestions

Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top (optional)
