* 8 large Strawberries washed, hulled and sliced
* 1 Avocado peeled and sliced
* 100g Dragon Caerphilly, crumbled
* Freshly chopped Mint
* Fresh Ground black pepper

* 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
* 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
* 1 teaspoon Runny honey
* A squeeze Lemon juice

===Method===
* Arrange Avocado & Strawberries on a platter
* Drizzle over the dressing
* Sprinkle over crumbled Cheese and scatter with Mint leaves
* Finish with Black pepper to taste and serve immediately
