* 4 tablespoons butter
* 4 fl oz double cream
* 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
* 1 tablespoon plain flour
* Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

* Add all of the ingredients to a small pan and cook until the cheese has melted and you have a smooth sauce
* Don't allow it to boil
