List of ingredients for Blattsalat mit Zirbenessig-Kürbiskernölmarinade

* 80 ml Apple juice
* 20 ml Zirbenessig (stone pine Vinegar - see below)
* 1 pinch Salt
* 2 whole Lettuces, washed and Shredded, or equivalent in mixed leaves
* 80 ml Pumpkin Seed Oil

* Mix the Apple juice and the Vinegar with the Salt and pour over the leaves.
* Just before you are ready to serve, mix in the Pumpkin Seed Oil.
