List of ingredients for Blue cheese and chive dressing

* 75 g (3 oz) blue cheese (Stilton, Roquefort, Gorgonzola etc)
* 150 ml (1/4 pint) plain natural yogurt
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon freshly chopped chives
* Ground black pepper

* Remove the rind from the cheese and crumble into half of the yogurt
* Add olive oil and lemon juice to the remaining yogurt and whisk to mix
* Season with black pepper and sprinkle in the chopped chives
