* 600 ml ice cubes
* 100 ml Campari
* 200 ml Grapefruit juice
* Sugar to taste

* Put the ice cubes in a Blender and blitz until well-crushed
* Add the Campari and grapefruit and pulse quickly to blend
* Add Sugar to taste
