List of ingredients for Chilli Jack burger


* 500g Beef mince
* 2 tablespoons Sweet Chilli sauce
* 1 medium sized Egg beaten
* 1 Red chilli finely chopped (optional for extra heat)
* 4 x 28g slices Dragon Monterey Jack cheese
* 4 x Burger buns Split in half horizontally
* 4 large Gherkins thinly sliced
* A Light dusting of Plain flour

===Method===
* Mix the Mince with the chopped Chilli and 1 tablespoon of Chilli sauce
* Add beaten Egg and mix thoroughly, form into 4 evenly sized Burgers and dust with Plain flour
* Grill or Bbq Burgers for 6-10 minutes until cooked through
* Place a slice on Monterey Jack on each Burger and Grill until melted and bubbling
* Spread one slice of bun with Chilli sauce and arrange Gherkins slices on base of bun, place the Burger inside bun and serve immediately
