* 225g Spelt Wheat flour
* 5ml Baking powder
* 5ml Ground Rosemary
* 100g Chopped Almonds
* 5ml Cinnamon
* 60ml Sherry
* 60ml Red Grape juice
* Squeeze of Honey
* a little bit of Milk

===Method===
* Mix all of the ingredients except the Milk into a bowl.
* Add a little bit of Milk to the combine the mixture and make a soft dropping consistancy.
* Put on a Baking tray and into an Oven at gas mark 5 (190"C) for approx 30 minutes and here you have it!
