List of ingredients for Crab, prawns, dill with pasta in a creamy sauce


* 200g of Fresh pasta - homemade, rolled out and cut into rustic strips
* 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon Butter
* A pinch of Black pepper
* A big bunch of fresh Dill
* 300ml tub of crème fraîche
* 114g fresh premium claw Crabmeat
* 75g cold water Prawns (about half a small packet)
* 3 fresh Tomatoes, quartered

===Method===
* Heat 1 teaspoon of Butter in a pan and add a pinch of Black pepper
* Peel and finely chop a medium and gently sauté in the Butter for 5 minutes
* Cook the past for 4.5 minutes in fast Boiling Salted water
* Drain, reserving a little of the water to loosen the Sauce if needed
* Stir the crème fraîche into the Onions and lower the heat
* Mix in the Crabmeat, then the Prawns
* Add the Pasta and loosen the Sauce with a little water if needed
* Stir in the chopped Dill and gently reheat the Sauce for a minute or so
