* 4 cups Pomegranate Juice
* ½ cup White sugar
* ¼ cup Lemon juice

===Method===
* Add all of the ingredients to a large saucepan and bring to a Simmer, uncovered, stirring now and then until the Sugar has dissolved.
* Reduce the heat to a very slow Simmer and leave it for about an hour to reduce, still uncovered.
* By this time it should have reduced to just more than 1 cup and be quite syrupy.
* Allow to cool and store in a Sterilised jar or bottle.
