* 30 g (1 oz) coriander leaves and stalks
* 70 g (2.5 oz) roasted peanuts - try to rub some of the salt using a towel if using highly salted peanuts
* 75 ml (2.5 fl oz) peanut oil
* 1 large fresh green chili
* 1.5 tablespoons lime juice
* 1 tablespoon grated ginger
* 1 garlic clove, crushed

===Method===
* Add all but the oil to your food processor
* Drizzle the oil slowly into the mix whilst constantly blending
* Store in a sterilised jar
