* 1 cup Wheat Rava (Semolina)
* 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
* 1 teaspoon grated Ginger root
* 3 Green chillies
* 1 onion, peeled and chopped
* Salt to taste
* 3/4 cup of chopped Vegetables of choice: Peas, carrots, aubergines, potatoes, cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes
* 3 tablespoons of grated coconut
* 4 teaspoons of coriander leaves
* 2 teaspoons Lemon juice (optional)
