* 40g Cornflour
* 1½ teaspoons Bron's Spanish vegetable stock concentrate (TM)* Thermomix vegetable stock concentrate
* 3 bulbs garlic, roasted and squeezed out from the skin - see Here for the method.

* 750g floury Potatoes, peeled and cut into 2cm pieces
* 500g water (use the Fish liquid left over from above, and make up to 500g with water)
* ½ teaspoon Salt
* 40g Butter
* 100g of the Steaming water
* 100g Milk or Cream
* ½ teaspoon Nutmeg, Grated
* Seasoning, to taste
* Breadcrumbs
* A little extra Butter for dotting

* Add the Butter or Oil, Cornflour, Bron's Spanish vegetable stock concentrate (TM)* Thermomix vegetable stock concentrate and the Garlic.

* Taste and season if necessary.
* Pour the sauce over the fish and mix well.
