List of ingredients for Chicken and butternut squash with sage and walnuts

* 1 kg Chicken pieces, thighs,legs / drumsticks - leave the skin on - if you have the time, Tenderise using the tip below.
* 3 tablespoons Olive oil
* 3 Onions, each roughly cut into about 6 segments
* 3 Cloves of Garlic, peeled and crushed under the blade of a large knife
* ½ teaspoon Chili flakes
* 1 Butternut squash peeled and cut into Wedges - (About 600 g of Squash flesh if using other Squashes)
* A large bunch of Sage leaves, stems removed
* 100g Walnuts, crushed with the palm of your Hand
* 2 tablespoons of Sherry vinegar
* Sea salt and Freshly ground black pepper
