* 1 tablespoon ghee
* 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
* Good pinch of freshly ground black pepper
* 1 medium Onion, very finely chopped
* ½ teaspoon Salt
* ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
* ½ teaspoon Taste Sensation Piri Piri seasoning
* 1 teaspoon garam masala
* 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
* 1 Dried Cassia leaf
* 2 tablespoons Sapana Ginger and Garlic Paste
* 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
* 1 x can Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
===Method===
* Add the ghee and oil to a pan with a good pinch of black pepper
* Stir in the onions and fry for five minutes until slightly coloured
* Add all of the spices and dry ingredients and stir fry for one minute
* Mix in the ginger and garlic paste and fry for a minute until well mixed
* Pour in the beans and tomatoes and combine well
* Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring regularly and added a little water if the mixture starts to congeal
