* 2 Smoked Salmon steaks - about 75g each from memory
* 2 Lime, each cut into 6 slices

* Check for any remaining pin-bones and remove with tweezers
* Sit the Salmon on sheets of lightly oiled Tin-foil
* Arrange the Limes on top
* Loosely wrap into parcels
* Bake for 20 minutes
* Rest for 5 minutes
