* 1 large cooked Chicken breast, thinly sliced
* 3 tablespoons sweetcorn
* 3 Spring onions, finely sliced
* 1 dsp Tomato puree
* 2 large Tortillas
* 50 g Philadelphia Light with Garlic & Herbs
===Method===
* Heat Chicken, Sweetcorn, Spring onion and Tomato puree with 2 tablespoons of water in a small pan, stirring occasionally.
* Spread one of the Tortillas with the Philly. Spoon the Chicken mixture over one Tortilla and top with the other.
* Heat a large Frying pan and add the filled Tortilla. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden Brown.
* Turn over with a large spatula and cook the other side until golden Brown.
