* 3 tablespoons freshly picked and chopped Basil
* 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
* ¼ teaspoon Lemon Zest
* 50 g (2 oz) Butter at room temperature

===Method===
* Mix all of the ingredients (A pestle and mortar is good for this, as shown in the photo, but a normal (small) glass or plastic bowl mixed with a fork, metal spoon or wooden spoon is also feasible.)
* Store in the refrigerator until required
