* 200 g shelled Almonds
* 1 tablespoon Ghee, Butter or Olive oil
* 4 Cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
* 1 tablespoon Muscovado sugar
* ½ teaspoon pink Sea salt, optional
===Method===
* Heat the Ghee or Butter in a Wok, do not let it burn
* Add the Garlic and Saute for a minute or so. As soon as the garlic starts to colour, take off the heat and add the Almonds - toss them to cover evenly
* Add the Sugar and reheat so it melts and coats the Nuts
* Shake the seasoning and Salt over and mix in really well
