List of ingredients for Fresh Tuna Curry


* 2 tablespoons Olive oil
* 2 medium Onions. peeled and chopped
* 3 Cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
* 1 pack East at Home Curry Gravy
* 2 teaspoon Mae Ploy Panang Curry Paste
* ½ teaspoon mild Curry powder
* 1 teaspoon Turmeric
* 2 tablespoon Tomato puree
* 1" of Coconut block
* ½ small pot of Double cream
* A knob of butter
* 2 x 150g slices of fresh tuna

===Method===
* In a pan, Fry the Onions and Garlic in the Olive oil until Browned
* Stir in the Curry paste and mix well
* Add the remaining Curry powder and Turmeric
* Once mixed, pour in the Curry Gravy and combine
* When the Sauce has warmed mix in the Coconut block and Tomato puree.
* Heat gently for an hour, stirring well - a Slow cooker is great for this
* Add a little water if needed
* 10 minutes before serving, in a separate pan, shallow fry the tuna for 3 minutes in butter
* Stir the Double cream into the curry sauce
* Plate up the rice and vegetables, pour over the curry sauce and sit the pan fried tuna on top
