* 100g/ 4 oz sugar
* 100 ml /4 fl oz water
* 10g/ ½ oz coffee beans

===Method===
* Add all ingredients to a small pan
* Bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes
* Take care as boiling sugar is much hotter than boiling water.
