* ½ teaspoon Dried active yeast
* 300 g (11 oz) Strong white flour
* 1 teaspoon Sugar
* 25 g (1 oz) Butter
* ½ teaspoon Salt
* 1 medium Egg, beaten
* 150 ml water - or by weight instead of volume, 150 g water

* Add all of the ingredients to your Breadmaker and set to a long (3 hour +) dough program

* Knead lightly and roll out to 6 mm (1/4") thick
* Cut out 8 cm (3") discs
* Cover with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place until doubled in size
* Bake at 230° C (450° F - gas 8) for 10 minutes
* The muffins should sound hollow when tapped on the bottom with a knife
