====Extra large loaf====
* 1.25 teaspoons Dried active yeast
* 600 g (1 lb 5 oz) strong strong brown flour
* 2 tablespoons Sugar
* 40 g (1.5 oz) Butter
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 420 ml water
