Suggestion from a visitor (rprotzko)

I'm a big fan of the site,

I have noticed that many of the recipe categories in the ethinic section have an introduction and history blurb, while some catagories in the "recipes by type" (eg garlic) lack this type of introduction.

Would it be feasible to show excerpts from the wikipedia entries for some of these category pages? It might make a nice addition to describe flavors, history, varieties, etc for a given category above the "Pages in category" section, so that readers can see how a given ingredient may be used (in diversity application or in proper usage, for example).

I extracted the cheese sauce recipe from here. The recipe is for cauliflower cheese, but I did not use the cauliflower instructions for my broccoli, which I just steamed. MFA is getting me a copy of his book for a (very) early birthday present as am feeling rather poor at the moment :-( Trying to save for a sous vide and food dehydrator, but it is a slow job ...
