Tumazzu di pecura ccu pipi cheese - General information
Tumazzu di pecura ccu pipi is a Sicilian cheese made with ewes' milk but can also be mixed with cows' milk. It has as the same characteristics Tumazzu di piecura cheese, the only difference being that black peppercorns are added.
