I extracted the cheese sauce recipe from here. The recipe is for cauliflower cheese, but I did not use the cauliflower instructions for my broccoli, which I just steamed. MFA is getting me a copy of his book for a (very) early birthday present as am feeling rather poor at the moment :-( Trying to save for a sous vide and food dehydrator, but it is a slow job ... It IS cold here, but I saw that the south east is going to get the worst of the snow for a change.--JuliaBalbilla 10:46, 4 February 2012 (GMT)
