Roast meeat cooking times
We currently have a dynamic meat roasting time calculator for beef chicken, duck, grouse, lamb, pheasant, pork, turkey and venison.
Create your own roasting schedule
Select the roast meat type and weight then optionally add the time you would like to carve and serve the joint. The timings will be calculated and a cooking schedule created for you. There is a printer friendly option so you can print out the roasting times and take them into the kitchen.
Enter the weight in either metric (kg) or imperial (lb oz) using the format: n.n or n.nn ONLY (eg: 2.5 or 2.50). Imperial values will be converted to metric for calculation purposes. Enter the carving/serving time in 24 hour format as hh:mm ONLY. Data entered in any other format is likely to give invalid results.
We also have a static table of cooking times and also a weight conversion table.
Please note: The Meat Cooking time calculator currently only works when using the Monobook skin.
