Cheats garlic mayonnaise - about this recipe
I know this is a cheat, but it's a good one as almost everyone has a jar of mayonnaise in the fridge, and probably a few cloves of Uses::garlic too, so it couldn't be simpler.
Servings
Converts a 300 ml jar of mayonnaise to Uses::garlic mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 300 ml jar of mayonnaise
- 4 Uses::garlic cloves, peeled and minced well in a garlic squisher
Method
- Mix the Uses::garlic into the mayonnaise. Stir well
- Serve
Variations
- Instead of fresh Uses::garlic, use our Elephant garlic purée for a milder, toasted, nutty flavour
- Julie Goldrick also suggests mixing in a little Waitrose sundried tomato paste as another variation.
